1985 - Graduated NEWI/Wrexham Art College, HND Visual Communications.
1985 - Liverpool, England, first job at Brunnings Group Advertising (Merseyside Tourism, Beatles Museum among clients)
1987 - Moved from Manchester, England to Nairobi Kenya, Art Director at Hill Ayton/Y&R, Nairobi (Colgate Palmolive, Cadbury Schweppes among clients)
1989 - Moved to Portland, Oregon, USA. Birth of Son, Davis, January, 1989
1992 - Founded The CHAOS Continuum Partnership, produced cd-rom game, generating over $1M in revenue for publisher CMC.
1994 - Founded Off World Communications, produced a number of cd-rom games, notably; Ray Bradbury's The Martian Chronicles; Isaac Asimov's Robot City; Hard Hat, all published by Byron Preiss Multimedia, NY/Microsoft Home.
1996/7 - Wrote, designed and produced Silicon Scream (cd-rom game) published by NEC Interchannel in Japan. Designed and produced 'Decker Communications Guide to Effective Presentations. Distributed to over 90,000 subscribers of Presentations Magazine.
1998 - Designed and produced concept presentations, logos, brand indentity and merchandise (over 400 items including posters, programme, signage, trading cards and more) for STAR TREK World Tour and TITANIC Official Movie Tour. Both opened to sell-out crowds in Dusseldorf and London, Dec. 1998.
1999/2000 - Co-founded Start Interactive with Gard & Gerber Advertising, creating brand e-dentity, web sites and print collateral for numerous dot com start ups. Company burst with the Internet Bubble in 2001. Refocused on freelance graphic design and interactive design projects.
2001 - PBS Documentary "Oregon Art Beat" profiles my video morph animation work.
Rock group The Dandy Warhols use selected animations as a backdrop for their international live tours (2001 - present).
2005 - Highly focused on hotel industry marketing, brand and project development with Grand Heritage Hotels International and a number of other international clients.
2008-10 - Freelance graphic design, projects include World Wildlife Fund Annual Reports (2008, 9) as well as numerous other WWF International design projects.
2010 - Launched VoteGlobal.com, SpinFirst.com
2010 - Completed first iPhone Application for SpinFirst.com
2010 - Published first book: Around The World in Eighteen Days
2011 - One of the better photographs from my round the world trip leads New York Times.com article on 'Why We Travel' for duration of the article (over a year).
2011 - Completed five standalone iPad apps for hotel industry with more in development.
2011 - Completed on-demand self-publishing solution for branded iPad applications.
